Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Neverthink ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Neverthink is an Internet TV platform that curates YouTube video content into themed channels for a lean-back viewing experience. We do not host video content — all videos are streamed from YouTube via their official API and embedded player.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service
• Submit false or misleading content suggestions

5. Content

All video content displayed on Neverthink is sourced from YouTube and remains the property of the respective content creators. Neverthink curates and organises this content but does not claim ownership over it. Content suggestions submitted by users may be used to improve channel curation.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Neverthink offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, Neverthink Premium, which unlocks additional features. The following terms apply to subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the rate shown at the time of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Prices are stated within the app and may vary by region. We may change subscription pricing from time to time; any change will apply to subsequent billing periods and will be communicated in advance where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Neverthink name, logo, and app design are our intellectual property. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Neverthink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to content accuracy, service availability, or data loss.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will result in the removal of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
