2. Description of Service

Neverthink is an Internet TV platform that curates YouTube video content into themed channels for a lean-back viewing experience. We do not host video content — all videos are streamed from YouTube via their official API and embedded player.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service
• Submit false or misleading content suggestions

5. Content

All video content displayed on Neverthink is sourced from YouTube and remains the property of the respective content creators. Neverthink curates and organises this content but does not claim ownership over it. Content suggestions submitted by users may be used to improve channel curation.

6. Intellectual Property

The Neverthink name, logo, and app design are our intellectual property. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Neverthink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to content accuracy, service availability, or data loss.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will result in the removal of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
